    My sim was not working due to old sim card issues and I went to the VI store to replace my old sim card to new sim card, the staff enquired about my query and resolved in 20 minutes and she gave a new sim card with the same old number which I was using will activate within 30 minutes and it got activated after 30 minutes, they charged 60rs for this process. Thank you VI store team.
