I have visited store for a sim related issue. Since then This store has been Top Notch in helping me. They not only resolved my issue. They have been helping me since then in every possible way. When ever I call they receive my call -solve my issue and not only that makes follow up if the problem is resolved. Whatever issue I face no matter where I stay - I know I have to visit Vi Store under MerlinManor to get it resolved. All of the staff members have been so empathetic towards me in years I cannot thank them enough. Not only resolved my issue 1-2 times they have even visited my house to help if I was not able to visit. Not only service their Behaviour is also so good. I always like visiting them - and these young people never disappoints me. Thank you VI and Tollygunge Store. For people like you we continue with Vodafone years after years.
