Vi - Vodafone Idea mini Store

Today I visited the Vi Store, Nilambur (NBR) regarding the activation of a new SIM card with a fancy number. The executive was very helpful and assisted me in selecting and activating a new fancy number. I already have one Vi postpaid number, and the executive helped me add the new number to my connection and activate a family plan. I am very happy with the service and support provided by the Vi Store, Nilambur. Thank you, Vi! 💕

Today, I visited the Vi Store, Nilambur, regarding changing my SIM from postpaid to prepaid. I have been using this connection for the past 7 years, but the executive explained that the transfer to prepaid was not possible under my current connection. Instead, the executive suggested a discounted plan with additional data benefits. I am very happy with the solution and the excellent service provided. Thank you, Vi Nilambur!
