    First, I would like to thank the lady staff member who supported me with my Vi eSIM processing. I am from UAE and tried several Vi main stores in Eklm for my eSIM activation. However, I was told that it wasn’t possible since I was abroad or that I needed to be in India for the SIM activation. This lady, however, took the time to explain everything to me in detail and shared the process for activating the eSIM even while I’m abroad. I followed her instructions, and Vi customer care has now contacted me to confirm that the eSIM activation is in process. I appreciate the support, proper guidance, and excellent customer care.
