    I visited the Vi store recently and had an interaction with one of the store operators. Overall, my experience was good. The operator was polite, and they handled my query regarding [ i came to resolve my sim replacement and i got a solution in a, efficient manner. I appreciated that they mention any positive behavior, like explaining clearly, being patient. Overall, I would rate my experience as [5/5].
