Vi - Vodafone Idea Store

I recently purchased a new connection at the very store and was a little disappointed with connection issues after activation. After attempting to resolving the issue by myself, I visited the Vi Store for a quick resolution. The executives were very calm, composed and knowledgeable. One of the executives, Prachi helped me very much to get my issue resolved. She raised a request for me and went above and beyond to get my phone connection's issue fixed. Within 24 hours of raising the complaint, the issue was fixed and now it works great. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work!! 🙏
