    My experience was quite good and smooth. I wanted to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid but due to a delay from my end I couldn't come back to complete my request and the only time I found was the day I was leaving India, but Rishabh made sure that he will process and complete my request in the shortest amount of time. I am happy with how they dealt with my request even when there was a delay from my end. Thank you Rishabh.
