I had an issue with my SIM card and had to visit the store twice. On Sunday, Mr. Satish initiated the process of re-issuing the SIM but could not complete it as he did not receive approval from his seniors being a Sunday. On Monday, I visited again, and Mr. Amit promptly initiated the process and assured me the SIM would be activated. Although there was a slight technical delay, the SIM was finally activated on Tuesday. I sincerely appreciate the team for resolving the issue within two days — something the Borivali team could not do even in four months, despite giving repeated reasons for the delay.
