Today I visited the palarivattom store due to network issue as I was not getting proper range.The executive anakha informed me that my sim was very old and suggested sim duplication.she explained the Entire process very clearly and handled the interaction with a very pleasant attitude.my issue was resolved within 10 mins, and I left the store with an extremely happy experience. I would definitely recommend the palarivattom store to everyone.
