I went to the Vi center in sector V and as a foreigner it is more complicated to obtain a SIM card, but Asish helped me with the whole process and although it took a while, in the end I was able to leave the store with my SIM activated with 5G, despite the delay of the system I received good service!

My services were barred after I refused to provide AADHAR and provided DL/Voter instead as they were allowed proof as well. While other stores didnt try once the non aadhar mode failed , Asish Bhattacharya from sector 5 Vi store went the extra mile to understand the issue and helped resolve the issue...People like him with ownership and accountability are the employees which Vi should take note as they are ones holding the company together...gud job Asish keep up the good work
