Visited the store in relation to CAF updation and obtaining duplicate sim barring the initial delay that presumably due to updation of KYC documents the response from the Vi team and the store in particular was very good and today I got my sim replaced thank you Vi and the front office staff it has been 17 years am associated with vi and looking forward for pleasant experience in the times to come
