very nice experience. went to convert my eSIM to physical sim card. the manager was welcoming at the doorstep asking ur query and taking us to the customer representative. the CR was very polite explaining the offers and benefits. the process was very fast. super premium experience. Airtel and Jio should take notes from Vi as how they are trying to give enriching experience to the customers. wishing them all the best. must visit if u are looking to switch to Vi
