      We had visited the VI store at hasratgunj Lucknow, as we had lost our phone so sim card was block , we retrieved the phone to activate the Sim card we went to VI store , there we were attended by Mrs sharda ma'am, she explained her helplessness to activate the Sim, as it was in my sister's name , so she went to Andheri store for verification and activation, there the executive gave her physical Sim, but we needed e sim as we were in Lucknow, when the executive there denied that new issued sim cannot be canceled for 24 hours , I was surprised , I called Sharda madam , she told it is very much possible to cancell the new sim and issue a e sim , accordingly I told my sister to again go to Andheri Vi store and I told the executive what sharda had told , so she then after lot of persuasion she did the necessary steps and activated my e sim, Thanks to sharda madam s guide and good customer services and understanding of the problem and resolving the same . I sincerely request Vodafone Organisation to recognise her efforts. And also conduct a through trying of Andheri Vi outlet how to handle customer services. Keep up the good work Sharda Thanks
