I had a poor experience at the Gomti Nagar Patrakar store, where the staff( lady) were unprofessional and focused more on selling plans instead of helping with eSIM activation. I then visited the Varun store, and Varun assisted me very professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and completed the eSIM activation smoothly. Truly appreciate his support and customer-focused approach. If any customer visit the VI store , connect with Varun.
