    I am writing to formally commend the outstanding service I received at your Dahisar East store on 30th Dec. My visit was to resolve a challenging mobile number porting issue that had caused me significant inconvenience. The store staff, particularly the store manager Rohini Sinha demonstrated exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, persistent, and empathetic throughout the entire process, ensuring the issue was resolved efficiently. The positive atmosphere and problem-solving culture in the store are a clear reflection of excellent management. The store staff Virendra and Pooja of the team were extremely helpful and cordial. In an era where good service is hard to find, your team at the store truly stands out. They have turned a frustrating experience into a very positive one and have reinforced my trust in Vodafone Please ensure this feedback is formally recognized for the individuals and the team involved.
