Hi all,. If you have any issue with Vi This is tbe only place to be !! 3 cheers to the staff & the command on the knowledge the executives have 🥂 To be precise, Kaif, Neeraj & Sagar are the 3 strong pillars of the store with Neha as the feather on the cap !! I have had the privilege to be guided by all of them individually on 3 different instances & never was I left with any doubt, whatsoever. The level of expertise they have is par excellence & even though you may have a frown on your face before you enter the store, the resolution provided to your queries n grudges if any, is so high that you would be all pleased with a broad smile on your face 😇😇 The professionalism & the soft skills they portray, would make your day much cheerful. I had a wonderful experience at the Vi Store recently! The staff was extremely supportive and knowledgeable, making my visit smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you to Miss Rohini for her exceptional leadership and support—she was incredibly helpful and ensured all my queries were addressed efficiently. Neha was also very helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Neeraj impressed me with his deep knowledge about the products and services, answering all my questions with great detail. Kaif’s calm and composed manner added to the welcoming atmosphere of the store. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the amazing team at the Vi Store. Highly recommended!
