We loved the service provided by VI. Special mention to Mrs Shrabanti Kundu who took special care in processing our request. She made us feel like home and efficiently resolved all issues. She was.also very kind to share her personal contact no. in case of any urgent queries, since we were leaving for US in 2 days.
